By accessing or using the ARÍRA website (the "Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our products. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

ARÍRA is a clothing brand specialising in African indigenous prints, designed for those who seek comfort, identity in their roots, and the celebration of a unique heritage. All enquiries may be directed to info@ariralagos.com.ng.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the exact colour of our products. Slight variations may occur.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

All measurements and size specifications are provided as a guide. We recommend reviewing the size information on each product page before ordering. If you require sizing assistance, please contact us before placing your order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the specified products at the stated price. A contract between you and ARÍRA is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order (including by email).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically and do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order is being processed for fulfilment.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by default and may also be shown in USD, GBP, or CAD for reference. Currency conversions are approximate and your final charge will be processed in the currency confirmed at checkout.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

We accept payment via major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and other methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. ARÍRA does not store your card details.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by destination and are provided as estimates only; they are not guaranteed. ARÍRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

For domestic orders within Nigeria, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees applicable in your country are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

We accept returns within 5 business days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@ariralagos.com.ng with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

The following items are non-returnable: items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items returned after the 5-business-day window; items without original tags or packaging; and sale or final-clearance items (where stated).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and the ARÍRA brand name is the intellectual property of ARÍRA or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided our ownership is acknowledged.

Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders and manage your preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@ariralagos.com.ng if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARÍRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely for processing orders, improving your experience, and communicating with you about your purchases.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
